Take the Geely Livan X3 Pro (1.5L): a purchase price of 852,600 DA, plus FOB costs (inspection, inland transport, export documents, customs declaration, port fees and our 5% service fee), plus sea freight and insurance, plus 15% customs duty on the CIF value, plus 19% VAT on (CIF + duty), the 2% solidarity levy and the 2% customs service fee. The full landed cost per model is shown in the table above.

Customs duty is 15% of the CIF value for petrol and hybrid engines up to 1,800 cc, and 30% above that. Domestic consumption tax (TIC) is 0% up to 1,800 cc, 60% from 2,001 to 3,000 cc and 100% above. VAT is 19% on (CIF + duty), plus a 2% solidarity levy and a 2% customs service fee. The 1,800 cc figure is a tax threshold, not a legal ceiling.

Allow 45 to 50 days from order to arrival at the ports of Algiers or Oran under optimal conditions — export file prepared before loading, direct line without transshipment, no port congestion. In case of transshipment or port congestion, allow 55 to 60 days instead, plus 1 to 2 weeks for customs clearance. Final times depend on actual sea conditions.

Payment is made in two instalments by bank transfer (T/T): 50% on order, when we buy the vehicle at the factory, and 50% before loading, once you know the vehicle exists and has been inspected. Each step is documented with factory photos, the inspection report and the export documents.
